Natalie Yvonne Keshane (Cloud Mountain Woman) passed away at the age of 57 years on February 10, 2018 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
A traditional wake will be held on Monday, February 12, 20189 starting at 2:00 pm from the Keeseekoose Chiefs Educational Complex.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 starting at 11:00 am also from Keeseekoose Chiefs Educational Complex.
Interment will follow at the Keeseekoose Full Gospel Cemetery.
Natalie was predeceased by her paternal grandparents; Henry Stanley & Agnes Keshane, maternal grandparents; Gabriel & Mary Gardipy, father; Daniel Mervin Keshane and brother (in infancy) ; Daniel Travis Keshane.
She is survived by her spouse Alvin Severight, mother; Emelia “Chip” Keshane, sons; Lorne (Kale) Quewezance Jr of Langley, B.C, Langford Keshane-Cote of Cote First Nation, daughters; Leah (Eli) Quewezance of Saskatoon, SK, Tamara (Sonny) Littlelight of Calgary, AB, Natasha Cote of Calgary, AB, Natassjia (Lewis) Cote of Calgary, AB, brothers; Lindsey Keshane of Keeseekoose First Nation, Dana T. Keshane of Kamsack, SK, sisters; Claudette Keshane of Saskatoon, SK, Donna Keshane-Cote of Keeseekoose First Nation, Sonia Keshane of New Westminster ,BC, as well as numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Natalie’s passion was working with children, families and communities. She loved being in the outdoors, hunting, setting snares, picking berries and providing for her family and friend’s. She was a strong believer in her traditional ways and lived it to the fullest. Natalie was known for being an amazing cook and baker. Natalie loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart, they were her life. She touched many hearts in her life and will be deeply missed by many.
