Bennet Charles Cote was also known as "Charlie", a kind, loving, caring, compassionate and a very humorous man.
We remember him bringing in an old guitar, only having 5 strings, and sing to us. He never stuttered when he sang to us children.
He sang Johnny Cash songs, yodeled, and did small play skits, using dramatic movements for us to understand what the story was all about. He taught his jazzy card tricks, he was a man of many talents. He was a mechanic at the best of times. One time, a family was on the side of the road, people tried to help and failed to get the car started. Uncle said, " Let's see, let me get in there." 20-30 minutes later, he got the car started and were on their way. They tried to offer to him money, he refused, was happy to help cause there was small children in the car. This showed his talents and compassion for others. There are many stories to share. He will be loved and missed forever.
We love you Uncle, One of our best Uncles.
