She is survived by her dad; John T. Cote (Scotty), sons; Tristan Cote, Cheyenne Cote, Adrian Cote, Earl Badger, daughter; Justice Badger, sisters; Zelda Cote, Helene Cote, Janie Cote (Mike McCart), brother; Calvin Cote (Kim Severight), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Burnelda is predeceased by her mom; Jeanette Cote, grandparents; Gordon Cote and Maggie Keewatin, Johnny Severight and Abby Cote, brother; Earl Cote, Nelson Cote, nephew; Michael Cote.
