It is with great sadness that the family of Darrell "Farley" Shingoose announce his passing. He was born on July 14, 1964 in Kamsack, Saskatchewan and lived on Cote First Nation until he was nine years old when the family moved to Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Darrell always had a friendly hello, a smile on his face and was known for his great sense of humor. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family sharing stories; always making them laugh with his good humor and quick wit.
He will be dearly missed.
Darrell is predeceased by his son Darren, his parents Nora and Roy Blackbird, his brothers, David, Edwin, Stanley, Joseph, Brian. Also his Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Darrell leaves behind his children, Derek, Shelby, Emma Leah, Carly and Felicia. His grandchildren, Alaylaa, Eric- Tylar and Tessie- Blair, his sisters, Rebecca, Sandra and numerous family and good friends.
A traditional funeral service will be held at Andrychuk Funeral Home and he will be buried on Cote First Nation.
Covid-19 rules will be in place.
