Obituary

It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Earl Wayne Quewezance, “Uncle, Papa, Buddy, Friend”

Earl was a good, kind, friendly, caring person with many friends. He was always ready to share a laugh and had kind words to say. He was humorous and very fun to visit with. He kept busy with puzzles, cooking and preparing meals to get family together as well, as bingo and adventures with Bev. He enjoyed his home and being home. He was famous for having the best bannock around. Everyone loved Earl’s fried bannock.

Earl was a constant support with the community events and cultural ceremonies. He participated in the Saulteaux language teachings. He also did some part time work at the band office. Earl wasn’t shy to square dance or jig. He was a good partner to dance with and his favourite was Midnight Mist. His favourite song was “Love me strong” by Chester Knight. Wanting to play it all the time and saying “Turn it up!”

Earl was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth & Hazel Quewezance. Siblings, Maureen, Calvin, Evelyn and Sharon. Nephews - Merrill, Johnnie, Paul, Lanney, Ernest and Lyndon. Special Niece and Nephew, Lisa Big Plume and Peter McKay. Grandson Avery Musqua. Special friend Margaret “Kinchgirl” Keshane. His special baby boy Liam Keshane (2010)

Earl leaves to mourn his passing, siblings Karen, Karl (Sharon), Kerry”Jake”, Very special Grandson Merrill (Shan) Kyana & Tendley. His best friend/buddy Bev Keshane. All his nephews, nieces and grandchildren. Cant forget his granddaughter Indy. All his extended family & friends.

We apologize to those we might have missed and forgot to mention.
