The family announces the passing of Janie Anne Cote on January 13,2022 in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 55 years.

She is survived by her dad; John T. Cote (Scotty), partner; Mike McCart of Calgary, sons; Adrian Cote, Calvin Sparvier, daughters; Sienna Cote and Riley Cote, grandchildren; Aniish, Kemper, Jazzmyn, Brynlee, Benjamin, Khadiija and Cali, Benji, sisters; Helene Cote, Zelda Cote, brother; Cal Cote (Kim Severight), Darwin Cote (Melissa), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and special niece Lara Cote.

Janie is predeceased by her mom; Jeanette Cote, grandparents; Gordon Cote and Maggie Keewatin, Johnny Severight and Abby Cote, brother; Earl Cote, Nelson Cote, sister; Burnelda Cote, nephew; Michael Cote.
