Matthew Wesley Shingoose

Matthew Wesley Shingoose “Boobsie” was born on October 1, 1990, in Edmonton, Alberta, and passed away on August 22, 2025 in Dauphin, Manitoba at the age of 34 years. 

Matthew is survived by his parents Lorraine and Barry Munro, his siblings Pernel Shingoose (Shalanna), Lenore Fleury, Joshua Shingoose, Larissa Shingoose (Curtis), Jessica Spracklin; his children Matthew Jr., Hailey, Leah; nieces and nephews Marli, Lorise, Gunnar, Benson, McKenzee, Ethan, Nixon, Osiris, Aeris, Fennec, Naomi, Hailey and Brinley; maternal grandmother, Lillian Shingoose; Aunts and Uncles, Kenny, Sheila (George), Cheryle (Wayne), Myrna (Randy), Marvin (Lillian), Eliza (Charles), Peter, John, Garry Sr., James Sr., and many cousins and friends. 

Matthew was predeceased by his Dad, Wesley Fleury; paternal grandparents Francois Fleury and Mary Monkman;  maternal grandparent Melvin Shingoose; Uncles Darren Shingoose, James Fleury Sr., Frankie Fleury, Donna Fleury, Angela Flamand and Della Winter; Cousins Tyrnan Shingoose-Gladue, Windy Quinny.
